I've been using this program for 3 years, and I'm pleased with the results he gives me. Today I renewed my contract for another year. There is a good support for problems, and there are also good discounts that you can get. I am very grateful to Andrew Ballew for the cooperation in the re-signing of my contract.

I am an “old school” and has very limitted knowledge with our technology nowadays but when I meet Jin Bass, a real gentleman and really wanted to provide satisfactory service, things went very well. He walked me through and he helped me install things needed. He started by sharing information based on client’s understanding, he gave guidance and support with sincerity. With some technical terminolgy/process, he made it easier for me to understand when he translated them in layman’s term while patiently providing guidance.

This is a must have product! I did not know products like this existed before my friend told me about it, and I am so grateful to him! It enables me to monitor my workers' firm mobile phone to ensure they are being used for business purposes only. It allows me to access calls, text messages, e-mails, and a number of other things. The app is users friendly and provide a dashboard where you view the graph of the results. Customer helpdesk are friendly too. Morgan Lewis have just finished a very long support session. She (I think it's she) was faced with our phone which was an S5 setup with S7 firmware. In the face of what looked impossible to me she got it to work. The session was very pleasent through out. The communication was excellent. I was left feeling like I have a new friend. I don't think I have EVER have such a good online support experiance. Actually I'm SURE that I have never had such good help. Morgan needs a raise!!!I had a great experience with Alex Scott. Alex Montag is the best! He’s friendly and beyond helpful. He always finds the answer to every question I have. The Wintego spy service is great. It delivers everything it promises. Even if you have a phone that should not be rooted, you still get tons of information. I highly recommend it. I also recommend purchasing mAssistant, it’s an excellent investment and saves you the trouble of having to install and maybe miss steps or make a mistake. These guys are awesome!
